In the STEAM Lab: Zoology program, we will integrate science and art as we dive deep into the field of animal biology. Each five-week, stand-alone session will focus on an animal group subdiscipline of zoology. In this completely hands-on class, we will spend the first hour practicing techniques biologists use to study animals, design and execute experiments, and extrapolate findings to larger concepts. In the second hour of class, students will solidify and expand upon these scientific concepts as we create with new art techniques each week.
