Dyeing with Foraged Lichens, Mushrooms, & Plants

In this wild crafting workshop for adults, we will learn about the natural history of lichens, mushrooms, and plants that can be locally foraged and used for dyeing. We will work with several mature dye vats as we craft a hand dyed silk scarf and enough wool yarn or roving to take home for a small project. Participants will also make a new dye extraction to take home along with recipes and instructions for future projects!
